What is the Moonwraps cap?
A gel cap for your head that works hot or cold. Cold from the freezer for migraine relief, warm from the microwave for tension headaches.
What does it cover?
It gives 360° coverage — forehead, temples, sinuses and the base of the skull — in one piece, rather than treating one spot at a time.
How does the eye mask work?
The eye mask slides up and down. Slide it down for full blackout during an attack, or slide it up to keep your vision and carry on with what you were doing while still wearing the cap.
How do I use it cold?
Place the cap in the freezer until fully chilled, then wear it. Use it over light clothing or a thin layer if you find direct contact too cold.
How do I use it warm?
Heat the cap in the microwave in short bursts, checking the temperature between each one, until it is comfortably warm. Never overheat it, and always test it against your inner wrist before putting it on.
Can I reuse it?
Yes. The gel is reusable — refreeze or reheat it as often as you need.
Will it fit me?
The cap is stretch-fit and designed to fit most adult head sizes with even, comfortable compression.
How do I clean it?
Wipe it down or hand wash in cool water with a mild soap, then air dry. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
