Returns & Refunds

Moonwraps has a 60-day return policy — you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging, with your receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply.

To start a return, contact us at support@moonwraps.com. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
